Delivery Information
We ship worldwide, with orders dispatched from various warehouse locations.
Important Notice:
- You may be required to pay additional taxes, customs duties, or other fees depending on your location. These charges are determined by local customs authorities and are not included in the shipping fee.
- We DO NOT ship to APO/FPO addresses.
Delivery Duration
Typically, orders are shipped within 5-21 days after being placed. We strive to ship orders as quickly as possible.
Estimated Delivery Times
- United States: 7-15 business days
- Vietnam: 10 - 21 business days
Processing Times:
Orders are processed Monday to Friday, excluding Saturdays, Sundays and Public Holidays. Orders with priority processing will be processed the next day. Standard processing takes 2-4 days.
Special Occasions:
During Sale Promotions, Public Holidays, Valentine's Day, please allow an additional 2-3 working days for delivery.
Delivery Delays:
While we aim for timely delivery, delays may occur due to factors beyond our control, such as delivery partner issues or weather disturbances. We recommend placing orders early to avoid delays.
Track Your Order:
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email with a tracking number. Please note that tracking information will be available from the day you receive your tracking number.
