Return, Refund and Exchange Policy
1. International Orders
If your order is shipped outside the U.S., it is final sale. That means:
- No returns
- No exchange
2. U.S. Orders
If your order is shipped within the U.S., you can return, exchange, or get a refund within calendar 14 days if:
- The item is damaged
- The item is defective
- You received the wrong item
Except for the following items:
Non-returnable items include:
- Vitamins and supplements
- Food and drinks
- Products that may pose health or safety risks if returned (due to food safety and hygiene regulations)
- Final sale items (cannot be returned or refunded)
You can choose:
- A full refund
- A free replacement
Shipping costs for returns are the buyer’s responsibility. We will only cover return shipping costs if the return is due to our error (e.g., you received an incorrect or defective item).
How to Return Items (U.S. Orders Only)
Please follow these steps when sending items back:
Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and not damaged
- Return items in original or unused condition
- Ensure all tags are attached and hygiene seals and liners are intact
- Use the original manufacturer’s packaging (including boxes, hangers, plastic wrap, dust bags, etc.)
- Include all components, accessories, manuals, warranty cards, certificates of authenticity, and inserts
- Only include the items listed on your return label in the package
- Do not mix items from different orders or stores in one box (this may delay your refund)
- Clearly identify any damaged or incorrect items when returning
Check your order when it arrives. If something is wrong, contact us right away so we can help fix it.
Refunds (U.S. Orders Only)
Once we approve your return, we’ll send your refund to the original payment method. It may take up to 10 business days to show up, depending on your bank or credit card.
If you don’t see your refund after 15 business days, email us at hello@rrelocate.com.

Once approved, we will issue a full 100% refund
Customer International Shipping & Export Acknowledgement
Important Notice for International Customers
MTCmart ships products only within the United States.
If you choose to forward, transport, export, or ship products outside the United States using a third-party carrier, freight forwarder, shipping agent, friend, family member, warehouse, or logistics provider, you acknowledge and agree that such international shipment is solely your responsibility.
MTCmart is not responsible for any international shipping arrangements, customs clearance, import requirements, taxes, duties, delays, damages, losses, seizures, or regulatory issues occurring after the products leave the United States.
Product Inspection & Acceptance
Customers are strongly encouraged to inspect the products or arrange for inspection within the United States before exporting products internationally.
By exporting products outside the United States, you acknowledge and agree that:
- the products were received and accepted in satisfactory condition within the United States,
- you had sufficient opportunity to inspect or review the products before export,
- and you accept full responsibility for the products after they leave the United States.
No International Returns, Exchanges, or Refunds
MTCmart does not accept:
- international returns,
- exchanges,
- refunds,
- or chargebacks
for any products that have been forwarded, transported, or exported outside the United States.
Once the products leave the United States:
- all sales are final,
- no returns will be accepted,
- and no refunds will be issued.
Transfer of Risk
Ownership and all risk of loss transfer to the customer once the order is delivered within the United States to:
- the customer,
- shipping carrier,
- freight forwarder,
- warehouse,
- logistics provider,
- or designated recipient.
MTCmart is not liable for:
- international shipping damages,
- missing packages,
- customs delays,
- import restrictions,
- product seizures,
- lost shipments,
- or delivery issues occurring after domestic U.S. delivery.
Customer Acknowledgement
By signing below, the customer confirms that they:
- have read and understood this policy,
- agree to all terms stated above,
- understand that MTCmart only ships within the United States,
- assume all risks related to international forwarding or export,
- and waive any claims against MTCmart relating to products exported outside the United States.
